Accent Items

Accent items for use in a display can be almost anything that evokes a thought of either a location or a season.

A mountain view suiseki promotes a sense of the mountains, while a crab takes one to the coast. A chick hatching from its shell implies spring, while a woman with her burden of rice indicates harvest time.

	An ivory chick signals the arrival of spring. Carved from a single piece, this okimono is only 3 cm. high.
	Images of the seashore are triggered by this bronze crab, although it is only 4 cm. across.
